Top 5 tenant KPIs
Overview
We monitor our performance on a quarterly basis using 42 Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). We asked our tenants which of these KPI’s were most important to them and would like us to publish information. They told us their top five KPI’s were:
- Emergency repairs attended to within 24 hours
- Average time to complete non-emergency repairs
- Number of customer contacts responded to within three working days
- Our performance in dealing with formal complaints
- How financially secure the business is
