You Said, We Did: What’s Your Call?

You Said, We Did: What’s Your Call?

In October 2024, 165 Jigsaw Rewards members took part in a survey to share their views on our current range of telephone contact numbers.

At this time, we do not have any plans to change any of our contact numbers, but the feedback from this survey will help us understand the best way to make these kinds of changes in future, if we need to.

You said: Most people told us that when calling Jigsaw, they refer to a written record of our number or rely on a recent letter from Jigsaw.

We did: We will give at least three months’ notice of any future telephone number changes so that the most recent correspondence from Jigsaw has the correct new number on it.

You said: Our Jigsaw Homes North tenants told us that they were more likely to use one of our 0300 numbers.

We did: If we do change an 0300 number we will aim to avoid changing the telephone numbers that are most used.

You said: Most people said they have either a mobile or landline with calls costs included, but around 10% of survey participants did not.

We did: If in future we decide to move to one overall 0300 contact number for Jigsaw, we will keep local rate numbers for callers who do not have inclusive minutes contracts to limit the cost of their calls.

Thank you to everyone who took part in the survey. If you would like to get involved in future surveys like this, then go to Jigsaw Rewards on our website rewards.jigsawhomes.org.uk to join.
