You Said, We Did: Rewarding Experience

Last year we asked our Jigsaw Rewards members what they liked about being a member and what they thought we could improve. This significantly contributed to the design and features of our new Jigsaw Rewards website, which we launched on 16 May 2024.

 

Here are just some of the key ways we used your feedback:

You said: Expanding the choice of vouchers to include other supermarkets was a top priority.

We did: We’ve added Aldi, Asda and Morrisons to the existing options of Tesco and Sainsbury’s.

 

You said: The number of points you receive doesn’t always reflect how long the survey takes.

We did: Medium and long surveys are worth more points than before and we’ve trialled introducing shorter surveys for a smaller number of points.

 

You said: You wanted to see warning messages if you were likely to be filling in a question incorrectly.

We did:  Many questions will now give you warnings as you will them in e.g. ‘you need to select 3 responses’, this should mean more people get their points approved.

 

You said: You wanted point and voucher approvals to be processed faster, and to have better idea when they would be approved.

We did:  The new website tell you when your points and vouchers are due to be approved, and we will continue to aim to process them faster in future.
