Jigsaw Homes Group has retained its G1/V1 status from the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) following the latest Stability Check. The judgement on 15 January 2025 confirms that the Regulator of Social Housing is satisfied that the information contained in Jigsaw’s regulatory returns is consistent with its existing published governance grade and the Group remains well-governed and financially strong.
Stability Checks allow the Regulator to check whether registered housing providers are on track with delivering the outcomes of the Governance and Financial Viability Standard, and the outcomes of the Value for Money Standard.
G1 is the highest rating a housing provider can achieve, showing that Jigsaw Group meets the RSH’s governance requirements. V1 is the highest rating for financial viability, which means the Group meets the RSH’s viability requirements and has the financial capacity to deal with a wide range of adverse scenarios.
Brian Moran, Chief Executive of Jigsaw Homes Group said: “Retaining a G1 V1 rating during what is an increasingly challenging operating environment for our sector, is no mean feat. The Stability Check by The Regulator of Social Housing demonstrates that Jigsaw Group meets its Governance and Viability requirements with the highest possible rating. This is down to the strong leadership shown by our senior team and the hard work from colleagues across the Group to ensure we remain true to our purpose of creating homes, building lives.”
