Mathew George has been appointed as the new Group Director of Asset Management at Jigsaw Homes Group.
He will take on the role from 16 December 2023 following on from Andy Marshall, who is set to retire in March 2024.
Mathew was previously Head of Maintenance for Adactus Housing Group before becoming Operations Director of Asset Management in 2016.
He will play a crucial role in managing the Asset Management directorate and will oversee its team of more than 600 skilled technicians and colleagues to deliver essential maintenance services to residents’ homes, including an expanding planned maintenance programme and energy improvement initiatives.
Mathew said: “I am very proud to be given the opportunity to take the Asset Management team forward after many years of success under Andy’s leadership. Together we will continue to improve our services to residents and making sure their homes are safe and warm.”
