Work has started on Jigsaw’s latest scheme to deliver 106 affordable homes in Poulton-Le-Fylde with MCI Developments.
The Keepmoat Homes-owned company will be developing the houses at a 9.56 acre site at Brockholes Crescent and will provide a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes for affordable rent and Rent to Buy.
The development, with grant funding from Homes England, will also enhance local ecological assets and provide new public open space for residents in the surrounding area.
Garnet Fazackerley, Jigsaw’s Operations Director of Development said: “We are already delivering much-needed affordable homes in and around Poulton-le-Fylde and the wider Wyre borough, so we are pleased to be working in the area again. Together we will bring more quality homes to help meet local housing need but also helping create a community.”
The new homes are due to be completed by 2026.
