Please note: If you would like to receive a receipt for any payments you make using your Pay-by-Link, customers will need a valid email address. You can update your email address in your MyJigsaw account or call our customer care team.

Android Users:
- Click on your personal payment link to open it in your browser.
- Tap the browser menu icon (3 dots in the upper right-hand corner for Chrome or 3 horizontal lines for Samsung browser) and select ‘Add to Home screen’.
- Enter a name for the shortcut, and it will appear on your home screen for easy access.
iPad or iPhone Users:
- Click on your personal payment link to open it in Safari.
- Tap the icon featuring a square and an upward-pointing arrow (found at the top or bottom of the Safari window).
- Select “Add to Home Screen.”
- Enter a name for the shortcut using the on-screen keyboard and tap “Add.” The shortcut will appear on your home screen.
