About Development

Jigsaw Homes Group is an experienced and established developer of new affordable homes and is an approved investment partner with Homes England. The Group is committed to delivering 4,000 new homes by March 2026, in line with the Homes England Affordable Homes Programme 21-26.   

We are committed to providing sustainable homes across the North West and East Midlands and offer a range of tenures and types of homes, including social and affordable rent, rent to buy, shared ownership and supported and specialist accommodation.

Active in over 26 local authorities, we work closely with key stakeholders and a range of partners to develop new homes that meet local housing needs. Our expertise in successfully delivering s106 properties, as well as the purchase of stock plots with Homes England grant, has seen us work in partnership with 37 different developers. We are proud to have won several awards for the quality of our new homes.

We are committed to developing sustainable new homes and continue to trial alternative forms of heating that will benefit future residents and achieve our sustainability commitments.
