Additional Administration Fees – Leaseholders

Admin fees are charged by Jigsaw Homes for providing additional services or documentation to you as a leaseholder that are not covered by your service charges.

These may include the costs of dealing with correspondence; providing copy documents such as the lease; processing property sales or purchases of additional equity; providing consent for property improvements or pets; producing Land Registry certificates.

• LPE1 with no Service Charges: £120.00
• Copy of Accounts (Per Year): £18.00
• Freehold Management Enquiries (FME1): £120.00
• Notice of Transfer/Assignment/Charge: £84.00

• Deed of Variation/Rectification Admin fees: £84.00

• Consent for Minor Works (No surveyor): £60.00
• Permission for Alterations (Complex) – Needs surveyor: £96.00

• Resale Administration fee*: £210.00
• Staircasing Administration fee*: £150.00
• Re-Mortgage Consent: £84.00
• Copy of Lease: £15.00
• Issue Notice Of Seeking Possession/S146/Forfeiture: £180.00
• Lease Extension Admin Fees: £150.00
• Enfranchisement (freehold Purchase) Admin fee (per Unit): £90.00
