Buying the Freehold of Your Home
If you live in a house and we own the freehold of your home, you may be able to buy this from us. You will need to have the freehold valued by a specialist freehold valuer. This is different to having your home valued to assess its market value.
You will need to appoint a solicitor and you will be responsible for your own and our legal fees. If we are not the Freeholders, or if you live in a flat, you will be unable to purchase the freehold.
