In January 2025, 198 Jigsaw Rewards members took part in a survey regarding our Tenant’s Annual Report 2025.
The survey found that while 34% of participants had read last year’s report, 43% of participants were not aware that Jigsaw Homes published a Tenant’s Annual Report.
The primary reasons stated as to why participants did not read the report were due to a lack of awareness about its existence and uncertainty about where to find it.
You Said: The top five topics members selected for inclusion in this year’s Tenant’s Annual Report are:
- Repairs
- Neighbourhood Plans
- Anti-social Behaviour (ASB)
- Jigsaw Support Services
- Complaints
We Did: Each of these five topics will be included in this year’s report.
The report will detail Jigsaw Homes’ investment in property maintenance, including the number of repairs completed and the average time taken to complete them.
It will also include our neighbourhood plan projects and initiatives within our neighbourhoods as well as information about our Neighbourhood Safety teams, their efforts to address ASB and key statistical achievements.
The report will share the broad range of Jigsaw Support services and highlight successes throughout the year. Finally, it will also look into complaints and their outcomes.
You Said: A total of 43% of survey participants were not aware that Jigsaw Homes published a Tenant’s Annual Report.
We Did: The report will be publicised widely using variety of communications channels, including being referenced in the annual rent statement, to ensure tenants are aware of and able to view this report. Once we have launched the report, we will publish it on the homepage of the Jigsaw Homes website.
You Said: Survey participants said they would be more likely to read the report if they received an email highlighting its launch and location.
We Did: We will share the report via email communication to tenants through the Chief Executive’s Newsletter.
