Fairness and Respect
We treat our tenants and prospective tenants with fairness and respect at all times.
Some of the ways we do this are set out within our standards, including taking our tenants’ diverse needs into account, providing opportunities to meaningfully influence our policies and services, providing information about our services and tenants’ rights in clear and accessible formats, explaining our decision making and how tenants can challenge this, and providing a fair, effective and prompt complaints service.
However, our approach to treating tenants fairly and with respect is not set out in a single policy or document as it is fundamental to how we deliver our services.
