Clear communication about adaptations
Jigsaw has a well defined policy for aids and adaptations, with clear approaches for the two types of work: minor and major adaptations. This information is available to tenants and their representatives on our website and for callers to our Connect service.
Co-operation with tenants and other agencies
For the delivery of major adaptations we work alongside local authorities, taking into account the different policies each has adopted.
In some cases where a major adaptation may be needed, we may discuss with tenants the option of moving to a more suitable property for their specific needs, always taking their views fully into consideration.
