For a property to be eligible to receive upgrade measures it has to be at EPC D or below. The measures to be applied would then be decided based on the built specifications of the property such as type of walls, whether it has loft insulation, type of roof etc.
Regen has a tracked record of working with social housing providers on bettering their stock.
By the end of January 2024, RE:GEN had treated 2,500 homes with approximately 4,500 measures installed. Through our dynamic partnerships with our trusted key clients, Regen has accounted for 22% of all upgraded homes and a staggering 41% of all installed measures nationwide.
This has been achieved by working collaboratively and in partnership with our clients and key supply chain partners. Regen’s approach is to bring the residents on the journey, a goal that very much aligns with Jigsaw’s vision for sustainability.
