Tenant Satisfaction Measures – look out for the 2024/25 survey.

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) requires Jigsaw Homes to publish our performance against twenty-two Tenant Satisfaction Measures every year.

These measures ensure tenants and shared owners can easily see how Jigsaw is performing compared to other housing providers on crucial services such as repairs, buildings safety and complaint handling. 

Twelve of these satisfaction measures are obtained by asking a representative sample of Jigsaw Homes tenants and shared owners their views about the services we provide.

In November 2024, Jigsaw appointed a North-West based research company, Kwest Research, to carry out these satisfaction surveys with our customers through online and telephone surveys.

As well as asking customers how satisfied or dissatisfied they are with the service provided by Jigsaw overall, the surveys will cover five themes. We have detailed below the questions you will be asked under each theme, if you are invited to take part in the survey. We would really appreciate your input to help Jigsaw shape and improve the services that we provide.

Keeping Properties in Good Repair

  • Your satisfaction with Jigsaw’s repairs service.
  • Your satisfaction with time taken to complete the most recent repair at your home.
  • Your satisfaction that your home is well maintained.

Maintaining building safety

  • Your satisfaction that your home is safe.

Respectful and helpful engagement

  • Your satisfaction that Jigsaw listens to your views and act upon them.
  • Your satisfaction that Jigsaw keep tenants and shared owners informed about things that matter to them.
  • Your views on whether Jigsaw treat tenants and shared owners fairly and with respect.

Effective handling of complaints

  • Your satisfaction with Jigsaw’s approach to handling complaints.

Responsible neighbourhood management

  • Your satisfaction that Jigsaw keep communal areas clean and well maintained.
  • Your satisfaction that Jigsaw make a positive contribution to neighbourhoods.
  • Your satisfaction with Jigsaw’s approach to handling anti-social behaviour.
