One of Jigsaw’s key aims is to deliver more new affordable homes and in 2023/24 we did just that – with an incredible 929 new homes handed over, in line with Jigsaw’s Development Strategy.
Working with 25 local authorities, from Lancashire and Greater Manchester to Staffordshire and Nottinghamshire we are proud to have provided more homes for affordable and social rent, rent to buy and shared ownership to help meet local housing need. We could not have done this without the help of our partners, contractors and consultants.
