Domestic Abuse Policy.

Jigsaw’s Domestic Abuse Policy is reviewed and updated every two years, most recently in 2023. The policy covers how we respond to reports of domestic abuse, how we address the concern, further action we might take, including legal action.  

We have a comprehensive training programme to ensure our front-line staff can identify potential cases of domestic abuse and escalate them to specialist staff.

Co-operation with local authorities.

Jigsaw’s Domestic Abuse Policy highlights the importance of taking a multi-agency approach to dealing with domestic abuse.  

Jigsaw officers fully participate local authority MARAC meetings and in Safeguarding Partnership Boards.
