Overview

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has released a new set of consumer standards for social landlords to help protect tenants and improve services across the sector.

Find out how we comply with the four consumer standards.
Safety & Quality Standard
This standard aims for landlords to have better understanding of the condition of their homes and use this data to provide safe, quality homes.
Transparency, Influence & Accountability Standard
This standard aims to ensure that landlords are transparent with tenants, treat them fairly and respectfully when accessing services.
Tenancy Standard
This standard sets out the requirements for how landlords should be managing tenancies and aims to ensure that homes are allocated and let fairly.
Neighbourhood and Community Standard
This standard aims for landlords to engage with partners to ensure tenants live in secure, well-maintained neighbourhoods and feel safe in their homes.
