01 October saw Jigsaw Homes Group Board Member Evelin Matley, assume the role of Chair for the boards of Jigsaw Funding and Jigsaw Treasury. The move follows Annabel Todd, former Chair of Jigsaw Funding and Jigsaw Treasury, taking on the position of Chair of Risk & Audit.
Evelin has been with Jigsaw since November 2022 and is a retired former senior banker who spent more than 25 years of her career specialising in lending to the social housing sector, most recently at Santander UK PLC but also with BNP Paribas. Her previous experience was also gained in private finance initiative project finance.
Housing North Board Member Shoab Akhtar and Bridget Groarke who served as a Group Board Member and Chair of Risk & Assurance, both stepped down on 30 September 2024 after serving the maximum of nine years in their roles.
