In this survey last year, our Jigsaw Rewards members gave us feedback on what could be improved about the way Jigsaw Rewards points work. We were able to introduce some changes straight away and others have been introduced as part of our new and improved Jigsaw Rewards website.
You said: You wanted more surveys to take part in.
We did: We increased the number of surveys available last year and we expect there will be even more this year.
You said: You would like to be reminded about claiming your points before they expire.
We did: We’ve made it easier to check when your points expire on the Jigsaw Rewards website and also introduced occasional email nudges to check if you have any points due to expire.
You said: You generally supported reducing the point expiry timeframe if it enabled us to offer more surveys and allow more people to respond to each survey.
We did: We’ve currently managed to increase the number of surveys and offer more people the chance to take part in most surveys, without needing to change the expiry date on points. We may still explore this in future.
