Overview

The introduction of Tenant Satisfaction Measures aims to ensure Jigsaw Homes’ residents can easily see how Jigsaw Homes is performing compared to other housing providers on crucial services such as repairs, buildings safety and complaint handling. The Tenant Satisfaction Measures cover five themes:

  • Keeping properties in good repair
  • Maintaining building safety
  • Effective handling of complaints
  • Respectful and helpful engagement
  • Responsible neighbourhood management.

How we are run
Jigsaw Group uses overlapped Boards to simplify its governance arrangements and to make the best use of the shared skill-set of our board members and directors. The day-to-day running of the Association is the job of the Group’s senior team of directors led by the group chief executive, Brian Moran.
